@@amrutharajan7397 I am lovable because I exist - I am worthy of love just for being. I do not have to meet anyone"s expectations or conditions. A human being is precious as it is. Sometimes, in our childhood, we are told that love is somehow conditioned: if I behave, my parents will approve or love me. If I misbehave, they might not love me anymore. Thus, we enter adulthood with lack of selflove and validation. We become People pleasers and approval seekers. Therefore, we need to love ourselves as we are, without putting pressure on ourselves. It is not about being alive or dead. It is about cherishing our inner self in life and after. 💗

Today is my third week listening these affirmations and only today I understand that the first affirmation is for conscious mind and the second for the subconscious mind 😅 I thought that when she said "you are..." she was talking to me and when she said "I am..." she was talking to herself 🤣

Hello Victoria... RU-vid had a similar version of Louis Hay's affirmations... but it had slightly more upbeat background music and slightly different affirmations. It was very thorough about the body and loving yourself. I can not find it on RU-vid for about 3 weeks now. I loved it and listened to it during the day while doing housework. Was this previously uploaded by you? If so....I would so appreciate if you made it available again. Thanks so much! 😊
