This is absolutely EPIC! I came across this teaching years ago and out of ignorance I dismissed it because I was so caught up trying to "use" the Law of Attraction to bring more money into my life. In my foolish thinking, I had the "cart before the horse". Although, from time to time, some good would appear in my life but those times were far between. Respectfully speaking, there's too many people teaching LOA and somehow have left out the primary importance of loving yourself. Losing both loving parents, I’ve come to realize that life’s too short. With an ex who cheated on me while I was caring for my sick mom who passed, was a blow but losing my mom killed me. I lost my smile, something I never thought was possible. But I forgave my ex, life’s hardships and now I treasure myself first-ALWAYS. I don’t want a relationship but one with myself ‘cuz my inner peace is much more important than a SOB. Life goes on.

You want to be really happy with who you are. You will never be good enough for someone who does not love themselves. Life has always loved us unconditionally. Spousal abusers just repeat the patterns they learnt from their parents and they will not stop until the seek therapy and begin to see their patterns. You will attract what you learnt as a child. If you have faith in your self worth you will not be so jealous.

The book "you can heal your life" is so helpful It helps release damaging patterns ....i got better after I exited a cult using her wonderful healing tools

The culture differences and language barrier got me to think loud with the relationship I have with others. I think I don’t have the best relationships with my self . I never get love from my parents or from everyone, that makes me feel unloved and it directs me to unhealthy relationships. People always take advantage of me . I never felt worthy so I allowed them to treat me bad . But now I am in my journey of loving my self ❤️🙌🏾! I start working out, and I do therapy as well self love affirmations. Filling myself with love...true love for a lifetime 💜

I feel I've found something that is the most healthy and fulfilling relationship. Now I'm here, there are all of these beliefs still resonating through me. Parts of me want to pick fault and perfectionize because that is what we are taught as women to do. We are taught that we have to cling, check, need. When in reality these things truly drain our own loving resources. I like a person who is their own person, who doesn't control me, who doesn't demand me, yet when confronted with this, I almost become the demanding one. Such is the nature of life! So now it's my turn to pour into myself and not cling. I don't want to cling, nor need to cling, it's residual behaviour left from my own trauma. I never want a codependent relationship, nor am I willing to ever betray myself for another. The most powerful love I will ever have is the love for and in myself. We are love. ❤
