I feel I should comment. Im from Vancouver and youtube recommended me this video. I have always wanted to go to Louisiana and eat as much food as possible. Just wondering about the tiger sauce. Is that a brand of hot sauce? What is the flavour profile? Salty, sweet, sour? How spicy? Loved the dish and i wanted to let you know that the world is seeing what you are doing!
@@gjsharpe thanks so much you should definitely come down it’s like a hot sauce but not as vinegary. It has a great flavor it’s not super hot and not sweet. Would go perfectly with tacos as well.
