I am from the New Orleans area, and you have hit the ball out of the park with this video. You did a spectacular job of getting the very freshest and best quality ingredients for every dish that was prepared. I was drooling the entire video, and I grew up here. I did not know that there is a knife maker in River Ridge which is specifically where I spent most of my childhood, and I didn't know about a water buffalo farm being nearby either. Plus, you guys looked like you had so much fun making this episode.

I'm a fan of food shows and am often disappointed how my city and state are represented. Two things: 1) Spot on accentuating the culture and reasons I love New Orleans and Louisiana and, 2) Best food show I've ever had the pleasure to watch. As in ever (and I'm not brand new). The quick profiles of the people were the perfect amount to tell the story. Love how the focus is on them and not the host. That is left for the VO bridges. That, my friend, is genius! Please come back to New Orleans. Oh yeah, I need to get to Molly's STAT.
