I weep for the future. Every day it's another tragedy in the news. I'm actually losing count of school shootings, shootings in the workplace, etc. Why? Why would someone so young and full of life commit such a reign of terror and heartbreak?

Without the media and true crime genre of entertainment they would have to go request the records for themselves. They do the work for them but take no responsibility. SMH Juliana Farmer had only been there for 2.5 weeks and moved closer to be near her daughter and 4 grandboys. Her son posted a video of her talking about getting a new job (this one) and finding out she had a new grandchild OTW. She seemed very excited about both!
What happened to the shooter that caused him to snap? Workplace bullying? I have been a victim of workplace bullying but never would do something so horrific. Praying for all.

When I heard of this shooting I thought it was at a post office. I’m afraid of something like this happening due to the massive pay cuts that are about to take place in a little over a week thanks to Dejoy. This is so scary, you just never know people’s mindset. My condolences to the families.

I was alluding to the post office being a likely place of workplace violence/mass shootings since it was so common that the slang 'going postal' joined the English lexicon. So the fact that you're worried about it possibly occurring, especially with more paycuts,, is absolutely valid. I once witnessed a mailman in his truck, who thought no one was around, going absolutely wild in his truck! Screaming, throwing mail, rocking the truck, etc and when he saw me he looked so ashamed but I waved like it was okay and looked away because I understand and empathize. It is a hard and thankless underappreciated job that is often cut in pay, hours, etc. It once upon a time was a really good job to have but has declined to such a sorrowful state. I as an long time Educator that left the public education sector truly understand as we are going through similar. Take care.

Maybe they’ll hear this, meaning he will use a gun and get his political message about gun violence out himself because he is feeling suicidal. I think many people agree that the words and protests part and the maybe theyll hear this, all have something to do with how he went out, and not just that he lost his job. He was trying to die. Not trying to show his co workers that he was capable of getting revenge on them. So if he wasn’t trying to get away with it, then the only thing he could leave in his wake was a reason to put more restrictions on guns.

Which one of these 5 people dead was supposed to be the one to fire him? If anything, that should have been his target. I am assuming he was enduring a lot of subtle abuse and snubbing. I find it hard to believe to go apeshit overnight. This had to have been festering inside of him. Like they say in Psychology, when you are upset, you cannot make any rational decisions. Hence why he killed people that had nothing to do with it...or did they? I am not excusing his behavior, but a lot of abuse at the workplace goes unnoticed and later the person who reacts is seen as the psychopath. I think he either had brain damage from playing football or one of the antidepressants made him suicidal. I was on antidepressants 20 years ago and some of them have nasty side effects, I stopped taking them.

It might have been bullying, we will never know. The truth is much deeper, he had a reason. This doesnt justify his actions however, He made sure the bank was closed when he attacked. This points to the fact that he did not want to kill random people. Something made him snap. I try to take time everyday to compliment 5 people a day. You never know what hearing one good thing from a stranger can do. I'm not saying it can prevent things like this...but.. Why not fucking try

It's unfortunate, no one is commenting about the gun low. everyone is talking about how nice they were. I'm not USA citizen but I would love to see everyone with a gun putting the guns down.....
