I would cook the mushrooms separate, because they contain a lot of water. The water will not allow the pork to get a nice color and texture. I would also use frozen spinach (squeeze out the water) in place of the kale.

@@amybush6415 Kale may not be to your liking, but I love it! Personally, spinach would ruin the dish for me, so isn't it wonderful that these dishes can be made to suit each of our own kitchens!?

My nieces daughter I forget if great or grand niece.I taught all my nieces and nephews to cook . I learned from the best my great granny and granny and grandma's. So this is one those dishes that we all can do together.

A good mama you are cooking and eating delicious, healthy meals with your children. I know some mom's that take pride in not having any cooking talent, and live off door dash or grocery store rotisserie chicken. I think you are the only cooking star that consistently showed that cooking is a family affair.

I have been watching quarantine kitchen since the beginning. Paula you are the best!! We recently went to your restaurant in Pigeon Forge and I have one small suggestion that may make a big impression on your guests. The cloth napkins you provide are white with blue stripes, my wife had on black pants and they had lint all over her pants when we got done. A solution would be to for the host or hostess to provide black cloth napkins for anyone with dark pants on so that doesn’t happen. Not a complaint just a little thing I noticed that may make a great impression for future guests. The Food was great as always!

Low carb options: skip the corn starch, carrots (maybe sub broccoli or something), and pasta. Make sure the chili sauce has no sugar added. Serve over a bed of riced cauliflower, or add riced cauliflower to the pan towards the end of cooking to make a stir fried 'rice."

Get a Wok and turn that temperature HIGH! If you don’t have propane then get an outdoor one or a portable gas powered camping eye and cook in kitchen! That is what I do! I cook basically everything in a Wok.

THANK YOU......someone finally cooking with KALE. Not only is it a "Superfood", but also delicious. Fun fact, gorillas(silver backs), eat mostly kale. Pork tenderloin is perfect for stir fry's, very economical, and truly succulent when not overcooked.

Bobby and you are opposites in some ways with foods. Nothing wrong with that but I’m just saying my opinion cuz I watch your videos every day. You just keep on rocking your butter and Mayo obsession cuz those are the reasons I luv luv following you. I am so limited on my cod diet but told my hubby I want to come to Georgia to eat at your restaurant.
