Paula good for you on working out. You look wonderful. But just a suggestion I think you would look much better in smaller frame glasses. I think you look so much more better in the clear frames opposed to the black. You keep up the wonderful work on your health. Such an inspiration.
Saturated fat is not bad. Red meat is the ultimate anti inflammatory food. Listen to carnivore interviews. The health world has got it upside down. Vegan can be good short term but an animal based diet is healthier for a long life.
I make my own mayonnaise with Chobami non Plain Greek yogurt and sour cream and extra virgin Olive oil I was diagnosed with celiac disease in 2021 and I use healthy for my digestive system
Oh, that is a difficult one. I was not reared "Southern," but lived in Alabama most of my life. I didn't get interested in finding out about truly Southern food until I married a *very* Southern gentleman. I had to ask a friend to teach me how to "do Southern." If I had to choose, I suppose it would be biscuits. One can do so much with them. However, my husband dances a jig when I make cornbread, so my real "Southerner" would likely say cornbread.
Every oven is different & the temp of the room & elevation plays into the baking too. Plus since these pizza roses are so high up into the oven heating element you could put the rack down to a lower level too. So.. It all depends on what you're cooking & the shape of it etc too.
Yes, please make every vegan recipe. Can you make wonderful dishes using squash? It’s so good for you, but I never know what to do with it except roast it with a touch of salt.
My favorite smoothie to make is organic milk, organic smooth peanut butter, frozen bananas, cacao powder, honey or maple syrup and ice. I never measure, I just eye ball it. if there is smoothie mixture left over it stores well in the fridge for later. My other favorite smoothie is frozen strawberries, orange juice, banana and ice. I love smoothies!
It shouldn’t be about being socially acceptable or how thin can we be. It’s about eating real whole foods that our bodies are designed for and will thrive on, not genetically modified or ultra processed garbage. We have become a massive science experiment for money, power and greed and they are winning! Very sad indeed.🙏
I’m familiar with these types of roll ups from RU-vid shorts, but I think I only have seen it done with thinly sliced apples, leaving the red skin on.❤👍🏼
