Great idea for a single person. Freeze and dethaw, wrap in foil, warm in a preheated oven. Week nights ...thumbs up!!!

I call these meat muffins lol. Just because its really fun to say. Make up some mashed potatoes and pipe them on top and then sprinkle each with peas and carrots, and now you have meat cupcakes 😆

I make your Basic Meatloaf recipe a lot. Everyone loves it. It is never dry. Just juicy and delicious. There is brown sugar in the topping as well

My maternal grandmother would add ketchup from the bottle. Her measurement was once around the bowl. So if the bowl was small, she would add a small amount. The larger the bowl, the more ketchup 😋

I am going to try this. Meatloaf is a favorite in my kitchen. The only thing I will add other than what Paula did is some chopped green peppers. They just give it a good flavor. I think I will try the sauce both ways and see which we prefer.

My son only likes meatloaf if I made a creole sauce out of tomato sauce,Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, I cut up onion, green peppers and celery chunks that I sautéed in butter and heat in a saucepan and serve it over the slices of meatloaf. Add I some seasonings to the sauce too but we usually don’t use salt at our house because I swell too much.

It's just meatballs in muffin tins - muffins tins are too hard to wash. Put meatballs in a baking dish - 8x10. Simple. I top with catsup... I use oatmeal because it has more nutrition.
