I just finished this whole series including movie and I loved it! I had no idea it was based on real locations so this just made my day thank you!

I finished watching this anime a week ago, the first I've seen (not counting the cyberpunk edgerunners, I finished that one at the beginning of the year and I didn't watch any other anime before or after it) and it caught my attention, I'm glad to see the emblematic places, hopefully one day when I'm an adult I can visit them 😿

So glad you made this vid! Chuunibyou is an all time favorite of mine. An interesting thing about videos like these is they show how powerful animation is. If they were to film a live action version at these exact same locations, it just wouldn’t have the same impact because of how the animators adjust the tone and vibe of the scenery to capture the best possible mood.
