One of these type videos popped up on my feed about elk. In that one the bull elk was turned away like he had forgotten Valentines day for all his cows. This is the second moose video I have come across where the cow is literally throwing herself at the bull and he’s like “dunno, maybe later”. 😂
Funny. They want his perfume, from his rut pit, pheromones. They aren't ready for him just yet. So he kind of stands there like chopped liver, doesn't he? HA. Give them another week and they're being chased by him.
Great video! Love the voice over-really adds to the video. Photography, as always, was beautiful. All my questions about antlers were answered. Looking forward to more educational videos like that. Thank you, Moosewoman!!
Que comentário adorável, Seldra. Sim, é lindo na névoa e no nevoeiro. E tão tranquilo. E esse é o sentimento que esperamos transmitir com isso. Muito obrigado por estar aqui!
I find it so interesting that such a big powerful animal emits such cute, tiny noises. So what makes movie animators assume that very large dinosaurs roar like a lion?
I know! (sorry for the delayed response; I lost your comments in the glut there) Hollywood, they just don't get it. We hate that they make moose sounds with bear noises on documentaries. They all do it too. Makes us slap our foreheads. Stupid. Keep it real! Thanks for watching/commenting.
@@MooseManNaturePhotos yes sir I believe we have. If you're who I'm thinking of I believe we met while working at Colby Sawyer college many years ago. Either way your footage was incredible and I enjoyed it a great deal. Thanks for putting it out there for all to see
@@billhardy873 Hello Bill and yes, Rick worked at Colby Sawyer back when. I (Libby) tend the RU-vid side of thing and he does the FB page edits. He says hello! And we're still in Andover. Just spend a few months in Alaska during the moose rut. Where we get all of this AK footage. Thanks for being here and if curious, check out the FB Mooseman Nature Photos page. Appreciate the kind words, Bill!
You are so right, SGWH! It's none other than the Grumpy himself. There is NO other bell the size of Grumpy's that we've seen. King James came close and that's why we think he's Grumpy's father. Good eye! Thanks for the comment!
@@MooseManNaturePhotos *you helping me realize I really need to change my name on yt XD* no problem and thank you! *now to find vids on king James lol*
