what happened was the tories. Under the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act of 1994, the definition of music played at a rave was given as: "music includes sounds wholly or predominantly characterised by the emission of a succession of repetitive beats". Sections 63, 64 & 65 of the Act targeted electronic dance music played at raves.
Wasny just the tunes bro/sis it was the whole thing mixed. The tunes - aye sure- the pills/ chemicals - sulf n trips too - the sense of togetherness and most of all the party people- we were looked down on by everyone but we didny give a fuck - we had each other- who knew the score. We had unity!! Peace Love Brotherhood. Giant shout out to everyone who was there. Miss everyone of you. Huge respect to the original rave crews 1990++ Especially the one and only Scotland Massive. Put yer hand in the air -make some noise. Rave on ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Me to a freind played it at work in his fiat uno turbo one night in 1991 an invited me to the gallery club in leeds were it was played probably every week and every week it took the roof off such a massive choon... Raveon!!
This channel is the bizz Some of the joy and euphoria captured on the faces is magical, it wasn’t just the e, it was the music, the time, the people, the feeling, all of it transmuted through the sound the dance floor the walls and ceiling your body & spirit, just amazing a truly special space and time, it’s like I know each and every person there
I couldn’t have put it any better myself. Where did the last 30-35 years go? Pity I didn’t realise what magical times they were back then. To all the Sheffield posse, watch yer base bins I’m tellin yer.

91 - really? my memory is getting confused, thought it was earlier. Still gives me what my mate, Greek Phil, called memorial rushes - goosebumps to the rest of us! The world was listening, at least, in Blighty! This tune would crush any dance floor, anywhere, anytime. So glad to have been alive in this corner of space and time - big up, Bristol Massive! I can feel all the old optimism, lack of cyncism, and love coming back when I hear this tune. That whole experience, not just the drugs, made me a much better human being. First heard at Extatic, Bristol - dennis the menace sylee.
Cheers Chris yes defo fill any dance floor when this got dropped an club would go mental one them choon will stay with you forever great times. Thanks for comment always old skool🙏
No disrespect to the artists of the time or the people who enjoyed it but I hated rave. This song though is absolutely fucking brilliant. If this was released today it would hit number 1 😊
