Can you plz make a video lower body exercises it’s mean saddle bags my body shape is triangle and I need to more improvement my side thighs fat( saddle bag) and tummy fat. Plz plz make a video 😘

Thank you so much ❤️ Pls remember spot reduction is not possible .. You have to do cardio and full body exercises to target fat loss.. Pls continue to do all kind of workouts. And main thing focus on calorie deficit .. Good luck ☺️

Each body burns energy differently depending on age, metabolism, muscle mass, intensity etc hence calorie burn is not validation for your movement. Pls wear a calorie tracker / smart watch and see how much you burn in specific if you are very keen. The number that I say may not be accurately what you burn.
