Hi Akshaya, I follow all your yoga practices. But I'm confused if I should pick a new yoga everyday from your playlist or pick one and do it straight for a week. Could you help me here? What could I pick for daily yoga and when can I pick all the others?
Will try this for two- three weeks!! I don't have a weighing machine so idk if my weight will change. currently i'm around 44-45kgs. let's see if i can see physical changes with my eyes. No diet. Day 1: ✅ did half of it. Day 2: ✅ completed everything yayy
