My question is if a father is actively in a child's life should he have to pay child support? The way it seems is like Scrappy is there his daughter but Erica seems bitter. You can't take away the fact that Scrappy is the reason Erica gets a check from the show. Last time I checked money is money

Not only that, but when he said Erica is with a football player. What does that have to do with him taking care of his baby? That baby doesn't belong to the football player

If scrappy splits the responsibility 50/50 then no he shouldn't have to pay....but if he dont, he definitly should. saying because he got her on the show his financially responsibilities are complete isn't correct. That's basically saying that if a father finds the mtoher of hiss child a job he shouldn't have to pay child support. that would never fly in court. she still has to work for that money herself,

Because E is the only one financially providing. Parents provide both emotional and financial support but Scrappy not doing that and E is financially taking care of her child as technically a single mom. A lot of people think parents only need to provide time but a child costs coin!!!

I doubt that she is the only one providing for her financially. It seems like he's sees her on a regular basis so why he need to provide for her in his care AND pay her child support? And it seems to be like she's fickle and acting off of emotion. Keeping him from his child as justification for income based child support.

He said he brought erica on the show so she doesn't have to depend on him for money, that erica has a football player boyfriend ( feels like to point out that she has more than enough money to not ask from him anything). The thing is whether or not erica has money, he has to put in his share. And it's your flesh and blood, I know my dad gives me funds no questions asked. School is expensive, cost of living is high, and the fact that he's splitting hairs over the welfare of his daughter is insane. I know a few deadbeat uncles, who left everything in the hands of their ex wives. And these women didn't get remarried, poured their heart and soul into their kids. Im probably biased but a child didn't choose her parents, the least you can do is to make her life easier despite the circumstances.

+Trey Chanele seriously no one knows about the real situation except them two and the people in the courts. If you did pay child support, wouldn't you scream at the reunion show I DID PAY. He be beating around the bush, disrespecting erica, and trying to blame it on erica. He couldn't even pay a few hundred but he stay flexing in the club. This guy's a loser
