When they showed her with no (or minimal?) makeup in the wedding episode, I was stunned. I mean most women look good or just fine without makeup, but Lauren was perfect both with and without it. She has amazing genes. And it's telling that the couples that actually got married were the ones that bothered to develop their natural interaction. Both Amber and Lauren played off Barnett and Cameron. The give and take. Nothing was forced. They were both playful in a caring way. And even when Lauren had reservations with Cameron being "all in", she still melted into him and was never, ever standoffish. She didn't "challenge" him like Jessica (god she was fond of that word) did with Mark or throw moody fits like Gianina did with Damien to see how he'd react. She just let him be, and let him dote on her, and gave back naturally. I could tell she was a good woman. Even though she said she was a loner, you can tell she has a nurturing personality.
@@caomhan84 yes although jessica challenged him because she wasnt very sure about mark. Also it takes two to tango if Cameron and barnett were not reciprocating then amber and Lauren couldnt be their natural selves.
Cameran and Lauren were my favorite couple. He was so intense I thought it was scary at first but then I realized this guy is just a good hearted romantic. Lauren was so understanding and real. I can’t wait to watch the reunion!
Not only did Mark dodge a bullet so did Barnett even though that’s who she wanted they would not have been compatible, she was way to uptight and complained about everything!
Project KJ I actually think it was rather very brave and sincere of him to just keep going for the love he believed in. And if Jessica had clearly rejected him at any point after their engagement, Mark would’ve respected and accepted her decision. But Jessica didn’t. She kept confusing and giving Mark chances, so the best thing Mark could do was to continuously appeal himself as a man and a future husband. That he did. What a man.

He's a good man and will be a wonderful husband but I still think he ignored the red flags b/c he desperately wanted it to work. :-) There's a point where you have to keep your eyes wide open and see the truth, that many times is right in front of our eyes. Given that, not many of us are innocent of not seeing the red flags so he's in good company! :-)

I knew from the beginning Lauren and Cameron were a match made in heaven. Mark is a good guy. Sorry things didn't turn out good for him and Jessica. Then again I think something was seriously wrong with Jessicca! She's too immature for her age.

goodguynow there’s definitely a difference in age, lifestyle and income. However, his communication and maturity was way ahead of where Jessica was. He was up front with a Jessica from the get go of what he wanted but Jessica wasn’t. The only thing I fault him in is not recognizing the red flags she was throwing up about not being interested in him, and him not respecting himself enough to walk away from something that doesn’t serve him. He’s young and I hope he learns his lesson about that from this. But Jessica is 34 yrs old with the communication skills and insight of a 24 yr old

Im glad mark dodged the bullet. Jessica for being older than him behaved like a little girl crushing on the one that got away. Throwing herself at him every time she saw him and then when she gets called on it she switches gears and is like “what??? Omg!! No....” and THEN she says no more contact with him. I’m done. Mark deserved better. I knew she wasn’t ready but he seems like a great guy.
Thank God Jessica dumped Mark, like for real you could see that she only had feelings for Barnett: but you refused to see the red flags, and thank God 🙏🏿 she said "No" because didn't want to be married to Mark, and she just strung him along, but I don't feel bad for him! I agree 100%...I felt bad only for Kenny and Kelly because I felt it was two solid people with a potentially great relationship where one of them could not visually connect with the other person.

I don’t even think she really had feelings for Barnett. I think she just wanted to win over the other 2 girls. She’s that type. She wants to win a guy that’s some type of challenge-who either doesn’t want her or that is someone that another woman wants. The reality is Barnett was also younger than her by like 7 years, they had nothing in common and she just likes being liked.
I like Mark but I really want him to explore himself and get to the bottom of why he would let that girl constantly play him. That’s the only reason I can see his age (in terms of maturity) being a problem, he was so invested into someone who was giving him absolutely nothing. I hope he finds someone who is genuine.

I honestly didn't like her through out the show. Mark tried so hard and was really open with her. What a slap in the face. Just glad they didn't get married because he deserves so much more.

I understand that Jessica was Messica in this season but I agree we must be careful. The show was highly edited. As you can see the show showed mostly Lauren and Cameron talking mostly about race and she said in an interview that it was not the case, also also amber is shown as being a woman who wants to. Get married so as to get her debts paid and have a a house, when she was actually in a depressive state after her then boyfriend told her to abort her baby. She said also in an interview that Barnet also had debts etc. She has Two jobs now. It's also weird that giannina doesn't talk like how she does in the show lol.. Love is Bind is what eHarmony was supposed to be for the internet . Then they sold out and became a more expensive Match. It's definitely a cool concept if everyone is honest with themselves and others. I'm glad Mark is well and I wish Lauren and Cameron the best of luck.

They actually said in an interview that fine,they had those conversations but its not like thats all they talked about!but the show was edited to make it a more frequent topic than anything else they discussed.even barnett and amber said they were edited in a way that made them look like they never had serious conversations.and it makes sense coz i think at the end the show wanted us to have generalised opinions about them.
