Dear Sister, thank you very much for your video. I have a question. Is the abib or aviv star at the equinox now or in April? The reason I ask is i once saw an interesting video saying the true Passover is shown in the stars and the abib star is on the horizon? I may have this wrong in my wording. Recently i also heard that Passover is in March, (now) as the barley in Israel is actually now aviv putting Passover last night, today being feast of unleavened bread.... then that would make Sunday 19th May evening erev Shavuot (pentecost). I would really love to know if you can see the abib/aviv star. Blessings

Hmm…I admit I had to do some digging on this question- but it’s a good question! Are you talking about where the sun is during the spring equinox or passover? The spring equinox was on March 20th at 4 pm and the sun was just under pisces. The aviv or abib star is the brightest star in virgo (Greeks called the star spica) and is the nearest star system to our own sun. This year Passover starts on the evening of April 22nd while the moon is in Virgo near the abib star - the next morning the sun rises near Aries - the lamb of God. Interesting!

But I also think that the moon being almost on top of the abib star on Passover is significant because abib is the “ear of grain” that represents Jesus as a man. Plus by the next day (the 24th) the moon is rising on the horizon in libra - the cross! So yeah - I think the feasts or Moedim DO line up with where the constellations are in the night sky. Cool!
