Many thanks for your great comments. I've always loved this song and was very pleased with the finished version. I used the JD-Xi to create the drum and bass lines patterns and then layered the leadlines and added some acoustic and electric guitar. I plan to do a breakdown of the track in the near future. I have had a listen to the start of Nobody's Diary and there is a similar sound on the JD-Xi. You will find it in the 'Seq' bank and it's called Analog Poly1. Select this sound and shift it up 2 octaves. Let me know how you get on. All the best, David 🎹🎶👍
