I always starts crying a bit with this song (in a very manly way Of course :):):):) )The vibe from Gary Moore (rest in peace) is very strong in the first solo from Miyako and countinus thru the song. This FANTASTIC women are great musicians/performers and really woke me up and sparked life into my old grey metal heart. Thanks for a great reaction. Love From Sweden

My favourite performance of anything by Lovebites. Moves me to tears. Asami says that she sings every single song as if it’s her last. Never is that more evident than here. I love your reaction to this, it’s obvious you appreciate the majesty of this piece.

Many hall-of-fame bands made it based on one masterpiece. Lovebites have, in their short existence, put out a half dozen masterpieces. This is clearly one of them. All the "E" ballads--"Epilogue", "Edge of the World", "Empty Daydream" are on the list. As well as "Frozen Serenade". Yes, stunned, mesmerized, those are the best words for what they do.

This was the song i really fell in love with them, the first one i heared was "When destinies align" and i totally loved the guitar solos, but as somebody who comes from symphonic rock/metal the vocals didn't really catched me that much since full power metal just don't gives that much space to shine. Then somebody suggested me to listen to this one, "Edge of the World" and "Empy Daydreams", and since then i just love everything of them now, also the pure powermetal 🤘🏼🥰🤘🏼 What still puzzles me is that so far only one reactor also noticed the "Hotel California" them in the last parts of the guitar solos here, the same as nobody got the Whitney Houston/George Benson (the greatest love at all) part in " Glory To The World"

Always a good time when "Epilogue" is the subject at hand. Midori on the acoustic and Miyako on the piano needs to happen more often. Also, I love how this song is more or less a rest break for Miho. Acoustic guitar doesn't require more or less skill than electric. There are some different things you can do on each, sure, but most guitar and musical concepts can be done on both. I started out on an acoustic practicing chords and scales and such.

What else can I say about Lovebites? They are just outstanding, out of this world. This is what happens when five destinies align; kinda miracle. Those guitars sing and cry, and this song showcases Asami’s vocals and emotion. Those twin lead guitar solos are already legendary, in just five years. My next recommendations are “Frozen serenade”, “Spellbound” and “Dancing with the devil” (all live if possible)

Yeah, I agree that this is a beautiful song. There are many things I love about this band, their willingness to write long, complex songs being one of them. I'm a sucker for a long song. And their songs never end up boring you, because of how well-constructed they are.

Now that you've completed the Holy Trinity (the 'E' songs), you might want to try another side of LOVEBITES, Dancing with the Devil ( ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-mJGgLFTPME8.html ). It's more of a rocker and probably them at their most animated.
