Thrash and Speed have been my favorite genres of metal since the 80's when it hit the scene (although I love all metal). The way Lovebites takes Power/Speed/Thrash/Heavy metal, blends it all together, sprinkles it with inspirations from the late 70's to early 90's, modernizes it, and creates Lovebites Metal is pretty much perfection to my ears.
LOVEBITES. They are listened not only by metalheads. Ladies came out of their metal genre and have wider spectrum of fans. They play Eclectic Metal. It means they blend as the first band in history all kind of metal mainly power and thrash with NWOBHM, heavy metal, symphonic metal, speed metal,hair metal, hard rock, rock, rock'n'roll, jazz, progressive pieces, funk and even punk. They mix all with classical music using operatic, R&B, soul and gospel skills of vocalist and grand piano and Spanish guitar skills playing. Not only by metalheads. Here's a 76 year old former musician who never listened to much metal at all. Until I followed a siggestion on YT and got blown away by "Holy War" Since then I have guided rather a lot of my "ancient aquaintances" along the Lovebites path. The song from 2017 that sucked many of us into the Wolfpack (fanbase). Awesome and then we heard it LIVE and learned that these insanely talented musicians are so much more than most of the bands out there. They do Speed, Power, Prog, Thrash, classic piano, acoustic guitar and even ballet dances as part of their many stage experiences. The main principles of the band presented by Miho, the founder and first bassist of LOVEBITES, are as follows. ①Heavy metal (basic policy) ②All English lyrics (strategy for global expansion) ③White costumes (Most metal bands wear black costumes, and if these short girls wore black costumes, they would be hidden, so they wear white costumes to contrast and stand out.) ④High heels (to compensate for short height) Miho also thought about the visual effects on stage. Asami will modify stage lighting effects etc. on-site. For white costumes, each person requests their preferences and ideas from the costume staff. P.S. Even white costumes can be dyed in many colors with colored lighting. LOVEBITES' songs cover a variety of metal genres, and the lyrics and songs have many different aspects, so the white outfit makes sense.

This music video was the first one they released after their major debut, and originally interrupted their performance in the middle of the video to insert an announcement of the release date of their first album and concert tour dates.
This was the gateway music video for many fans in 2017/18, and the second video after "Don't Bite The Dust". Originally, it had some advertisement for CD and concerts, but they've uploaded an uninterrupted version in 2022. This song was also used in 2018 in Wacken (Germany) and Bloodstock (UK) festivals, and was played live regularly since then!

Sounds like you have arthritis. I'm very sorry. I've been dealing with that for years and it isn't fun. If that is what you have, and you haven't tried Humira, I highly recommend finding a doc who will prescribe it. Good luck!
