This is one of my favourite LoveBites songs, wish they would play it live ! 🤘🐺🤘

I myself was born in 65, and fell in love with "New Wave of British Heavy Metal" in 1980. So I can easily understand the nostalgia you have when I hear Lovebites. Lovebites plays metal genre from the eighties, which I love. So when I heard Lovebites for the first time last year in March, it was as if I was newly in love.Lovebites the best metal band I have heard in 42 years.It should be forbidden to gather such good musicians in a band. 😀The best regards from the Kingdom of Denmark .Up the irons 🤘

Love this song so much...so, so underrated.

The lyrics of "The Final Collision" and "Journey to the Otherside", both from the album Clockwork Immortality, give a look into former bassist Miho's soul. She said "Journey" is about a family member, "Collision" is about herself. She wrote the lyrics for those songs, the music was by her and keyboardist Mao Yamamoto, frequent collaborator.

All LOVEBITES songs deserve to be heard and reacted to.And while I get why only a few of them get the spotlight (because I love them too), some of my real favourites like "This is The Day", this one, or "Golden Destination" don't get almost any attention... In other words, you just gained a sub, I will be on a lookout for more.

If they had a live version of this song, there would be a lot more reactions, I'm damn sure of it.

You said it. Dream theatre type progression.. Would absolutely Love to see Lovebites do a full on progressive metal album. With Miyakos Classical training, and skill. Midoris bone crushing Riffage, Haruna swarming that Pearl Drum kit, Asami writing and symphonic/ R&B vocals, along with the new bass guitarist? (5 string I'll wager) It'd be an amazing way to start the new Lovebites Era!

I have all their discography and they have awesome tracks nobody is reacting maybe because there are no videos, is a chame cause they have some great gems.

This song!! One of their best chorus, simply amazing, Asami! 🤘🐺🎸 Haruna's drum track is awesome!! They have many hidden gems like this!! They need to play it Live!!

What an album Clockwork Immortality is...Great song choice.

I absolutely love this song and feel it is among their best (out of about 30 others, LOL).

I actually bought a physical copy of this album a few years ago. It’s still one of my favorites.

As soon as I found this band, I went online to read everything I could about them, and then I went to online music sellers to buy everything I could find. Which was a little challenging, but I managed to get everything except their first EP, and the "Re-Awaken From The Abyss" studio dvd, which was a limited release, and impossible to get now. Wolfpack is hoping they will re-release it at some point.

Yes, you should buy it every song is sweet and epic and well worth the cost this song and Mastermind 01 are the only ones without an MV or live footage 90% of the album has been done live with Rising the only MV. Trust me you will love the audio soundtrack of each song, hear the difference between the live and audio, and truly learn to appreciate Lovebites even more. They know how to bring the prog side back into motion with certain songs and this is one of them just like Paranoia, No time to Hesitate, and Dystopia Symphony I get strong vibes of Dream Theater with these songs. Normally, Miyako is always accompanying Asami on vocals and does backing and call and respond

Journey to the other side has a live version.

Yeah very good song reminds me of Danish heavy metal band Pretty maids stile ( the band is around 40 years in the metal world and is still active). If you never heard Pretty maids i recommend to check it. The voice of the Ronnie Atkins is unique. Check the song Back to back one of their great songs. I think Hammer fall make cover to the song years ago. Enjoy it.

I am not aware of any song that does not have 'at least' a solo by each. A 'handful' are lacking the harmony-duet, though some of those have harmony/unison "rhythm"(?) parts with the palm-muted, tremolo-picked, arpeggiated chords ... they are relentlessly phenomenal in every aspect !!!!! Don't know my Friend if you remember the Soundtrack from "Street of Fire", but this song reminds me ( maybe the Sinth and Asami Vocals ) a lot of "Nowhere Fast", the main track.

This song was written long before Miho left the group. The content of the lyrics seems to depict the inside of Miho's heart. But to whom are the lyrics of this song addressed? If this is "for love bites (members)"... I feel something complicated. After this song was released, they tried to repair their relationship, but after a few years, didn't they finally come to the conclusion of "withdrawal"?
