I have a nicoletti set of couches and 2 of the arm frames have lost all the fluff in them. How do I fix as easily as possible

It’s hard to tell without looking at them. I always start with inspecting. I open up the dust cover of necessary and see if the arm is accessible. Sometimes there is zipper access and other times there is not

I would have pulled it apart a little more the inject glue or resin into the gap then clamp it flat. Maybe a steel plate.

As opposed to replacing the whole frame piece?

No way that would had lasted. New stronger piece of wood glued and screwed down was the way to go. A bit more time but more than likely that piece would not come back to the shop for a failed repair. Nothing worse than doing a project twice.
