The github issue work item is created in azure boards using actions.... and when the issue is closed in github it gets closed in ADO.... Thats super cool!! But how are you managing the reverse scenario.... when a github issue work item is moved to closed state in azure boards... will the issue linked to it automatically gets closed in github? The same question applies for pull-requests too...
