Yeah, this video is all VIA Rail trains; but that doesn't mean that you're going to spend all of your time watching the same train rolling across your screen right to left or left to right. Between the P42DC and F59PH locomotives, the Budd and LRC coaches, and the new Siemens Charger trainsets, there is a LOT of variety. Add in joined trains (J-Trains), trains with an extra locomotive tacked onto the back of the train, trains blowing past at 90 mph, and very friendly horn salutes from many of the crews - there's a lot of variety here over the course of my four days at (and even below) the tracks in Cobourg and Port Hope Ontario. 40 trains on CN's Kingston Subdivision, of which you'll see 39 here. The 40th was a new Siemens trainset that snuck up on me before I could get my camera rolling. Man, those things can be quiet, even at track speed.
And for those who care, here is the list of catches (train number and power). 900 series locomotives are P42DCs, 6400 series locomotives are F59PHs; and 2200 series locomotives and 2300 series cab cars are Siemens Charger trainsets.
