Woow! Great video, life changing. I have experienced a lower back pain for a long time. And every time when I was feeling pain I went to the doctor. Spoiler: after appointment I felt even worse. After I started exercising, and believe that my body is healthy and capable I started feel much healthier and experience less pain. My posture became better, and I fixed some knee issues.
