Awesome job. Nothing wrong with being cheap. I have an old tool box that, after watching this video, I need to quit procrastinating and restore it. Sweet car too.
looks great! Just retired after 35 years as a carpenter. It's easy to by something new, you take pride when you build, fix, or modify something with your own hands. ps. nice Nova, I'm getting ready to start my 69 camaro project.
Good job on the video. I have an old, beat-up 3-piece Craftsman tool chest. Red, of course. The metal cabinets in my shop are black with gray doors. Now you have inspired me to refinish the tool chest and as long as I'm doing it, I think I'll paint it black with gray drawer fronts. Thanks for the tip about truck bed paint. I retired a couple of years ago so cheap is always good. Looking forward to more videos.
That turned out awesome and I absolutely love the message ❤ It's exactly how I've approached so many cool projects, which might I humbly add turned out better than many due to personal care and passion Also a major added benefit I've never taken out a loan or being in debt while raising a small family (wife and 2 kids) Having patience with time and consistency working on the project chipping it away never letting it die, when it comes together OMG best feeling ever Also the skill and experience learnt is now being passed down and learnt by my kids and I'm still feeling young just wanting to learn and do more! Love the channel so happy I came across it!
I just happened to find your video and decided to watch it. And I read your comments afterwards. Someone said they thought you would have at least 100,000 subscribers from the quality of the content. That was my thought too. And by the way, nice car, I’ve had a 69Z 28 Camaro for close to 40 years. Love the old Chevys keep up the good work and I will keep watching.
Thank you, I really appreciate it! 🙏🏿 Hopefully I'll get to 100k one day lol. I love the 60's Camaros, keep that thing running. I'm keeping my eye out for a nice 70 Chevelle!
Nice reuse of a perfectly good tool cart. That doweling tool is something I’ve never seen before, looks cool. As for wives, I get you. Mine keeps wanting to park cars in the garage. Every man knows garage’s are really workshops. 👍🏻
Nice score for 75 bucks. I almost got a similar deal on a box a week ago, but I sold faster than I could hit send. If more people made videos like yours, I think people would have more appreciation for their things. Great job
Same here a month later . popped up on my feed Andi just binged all these videos. The builds and restore s are great but the videos themselves are inspiring. Great work all round.
Very nice restore! Turned out great! And you're not cheap...you're frugal. :) By the way, I like your idea of that spray on texture material. Just can't remember what you called it. lol
you've got a new subscriber from me. the fact you have 200 subs at the time of viewing that is crazy! you're gonna do great on youtube... You've already got great production quality. keep it up brother
Hi 👋 I mean this in the good way. But where did you come from? You have just a few videos but I think they are great. Instant subscribe Hope to see more content of yours :D
I’m definitely not cheap but if I can get a box for cheap that needs work just so I have an excuse to make it into the perfect box for me I don’t see why that’s a bad thing. Most of these boxes even the higher end snap on ones no one 100% loves, but after you just spend 20k why modify it?
