Excellent info..but dinner alone i have a concern. For dinner we shouldn't take high protein since our digestion shuts off with sunset. May be something lite will help digestion else it would accumulate as toxins if not digested well. And also any dals doctors suggest to eat it in its form rather making evrything as a dosa batter.
