My 2500 bulking diet BREAKFAST: 3 whole eggs 2 egg white low fat milk 250ml 2 apples SNACK 1: apple LUNCH: 250 gram rice 150 gram sambar 150 gram curd 50 gram soya chunks PRE WORKOUT MEAL: 1 apple Black coffee without sugar POST WORKOUT MEAL: 3 tablespoon of skimmed milk powder 2 tablespoon of peanut butter 20g chocos for taste and crunchy DINNER: 3-4 green gram dosa Any chutney Boiled cow's milk 200 ml PROTEIN:131 GRAMS CARBS:323 GRAMS FAT:78 GRAMS FIBRE:56 GRAMS This is my bulking diet its very budget friendly so everyone can also try this also If you are vegetarian then replace egg with channa and paneer
