Ikr? Like I know how to make French toast (just never made it the sweet kind and needed to know how much cinnamon and vanilla) lol. Since I finally have the ingredients for it.
2 pieces of bread are nearly 200 cals alone. Then you got the egg, butter and milk at 150 cals odd again. Then the toppings at the end. Bro pulled 220 put of his ass
@@ChillestSkeletonot really, a slice of bread is 100-110 calories on average, but there’s low-calorie one that are somewhere around 60-70 calories per slice. 220 is a bit of a stretch considering the fruit toppings but it’s achievable.
@@FedeXBL tbsp light butter- 50 calories 1/2 cup whole milk (2%)-75 calories 1 egg-70 calories 2 slices of bread- 200-220 calories 10 blueberries and about 1 strawberry- 15 calories 1 tbsp of honey- 60 calories Total- 470 calories, 235 a slice. It isn’t perfect but you can get to 220 a slice depending in the ingredients used.
Don’t listen to this guy. Get some keto Bread. 35 calories a slice. For every piece of bread you want about an egg (2/3 in reality) Large egg: 72 calories. Beat eggs together first. Add a splash of milk and vanilla extract. Then cinnamon to your liking. Sugar free maple syrup: 5 calories per 2 tablespoons. Made this this morning. 2 slices of bread (70 cal) 2 eggs (144 cal) Splash of milk (10-20 cal) Maple syrup (10 cal) So even at the highest end. 244 calories in total.
If I’m counting calories with what I have it’s: 2 Whole grain bread: 200 1 egg: 85 1/2 cup soy milk: 50 Butter: 30 Total calories: 365 (Not sure what he used for that low of calories) Edit: nvm he said per slice
This is just a quick French toast recipe made by someone who is not overweight, Nothing else. I have a simpler recipe: if you want to lose weight, don’t eat French toast every day for breakfast. Would love to see his “how to stay hydrated by drinking water” video.
It's just regular French Toast. Chill, also you shouldn't be hungry again after something so normal if you plan on eating something else with it? Y'know. Like most people usually do for breakfast?
Super late but you could use brown sugar, and if you don't have that then I suggest you just use the egg and milk and put syrup or honey on it afterwards. Some people call this "egg bread" but to me that's what French Toast always was.
Gosh you need way more protein than that to keep you full and help with weight loss. I’d recommend 2 eggs with 100grams of egg whites, 50grams spinach and mushroom! My go to now for breakfast!
@@ilovemagic4291 I wouldn’t call it good but I usually follow my own recipe. -One egg for every slice of bread -A splash of milk, like 0.5 dl or less. -A few drops of vanilla extract or some vanilla sugar. -A LOT of cinnamon. I recommend roasting the bread before dipping them so they keep their shape. Remember that this is anything but low calorie.
@@regulus7754 Thank youu, I’ll try it😍 And good idea with roasting the bread I think aha. But this will be my first time making french toast, hopefully I won’t ruin it somehow💀
