Avocados are great to have on the ketogenic diet becuase they are high in fat,low in carbs and have hardly any sugar.
Eating avocado to get their full benefit?
-have double potassium of bananas
-are loaded w/vit.C,K,E,B5& pre.vit.A
-are anti-inflammatory
Delicious and healthier homemade milkshake.This is low-carb and keto friendly
too!!!
Ingredients:
2 avocados,pitted and skin removed
300ml almond milk
5 sacchet stevia 0 calorie (as sweetener)
2tbsp chia seeds (optional)
3 cups ice cubes
-Mix all ingredients to a food processor or blender.Pulse or blend untill smooth.Is your choice if you want to put refrigerator or not,30minutesto chill before serving.
