Craving for dessert but afraid of calories? Don't worry, this guilt-free brownie is made of tofu instead of butter. It's moist, rich and a bit jelly-like. Compared to the normal brownie, it's not as cakey, fudgy or chewy yet still tastes absolutely delicious.

Ingredients used 材料:
300g silken tofu 嫩豆腐
2 eggs 鸡蛋
20g white sugar 白糖
30g cake flour 低筋面粉 (can substitute it with oat flour 可用燕麦粉来替代)
30g cocoa powder 可可粉
7g corn oil 玉米油
2g (1/2tsp) baking powder 泡打粉
Some walnuts 一些核桃仁
15cm x 15cm (6 inch) square mould 6寸方形模具
