In this video, I go over some of the signs and symptoms of low coolant fluid in a car. If you think that your radiator fluid is running low, this is the video for you. These are things that usually indicate that you have low coolant, but they don't always mean that, so you should be looking for multiple symptoms together and doing further research before making any decisions or getting any repairs done. With that being said, driving with low coolant level can end up causing your engine to overheat and can cause you to have some way more serious engine problems down the line.

tip : if you are on your way and the engine starts heating then, turn on the heater and open your windows ! It sounds counter intuitive, but by turning on the heater. the car draws warmth away from the engine and into the passenger compartment, lessening the burden on the engine's cooling system. that way you can reach home or a service center near you safely

My passenger side, under the glove department area, has been leaking. I am sure water. I am not sure why. AC wasnt working. It wasn't reading extremely low. But after the BF filled my car completely with a can of that ac stuff. Sorry for bad verbage. Since then its been leaking. Never happened before. Why? And anything we can do to fix it ourselves before having to take to the shop. I drive a Kia Sorento.

Is heating and AC the same thing? Ideally I am trying to use my AC so would that be considered heating ..

Definitely not. My sure it’s the heater not the ac. AC will actually make your engine run harder and overheat more

I know in some cars they share selectors. Just make sure u switch it to the warmer side. And if there’s a on and off button switch for the ac then turn that off so it becomes a heater. Idk if that make any sens

When you use the ac the refrigerant in the ac system cools off through the same radiator the coolant runs through. So using the ac will heat the engine up faster. The heater uses the coolant the car uses to heat up the cabin of the car. When you use the heater it cools the engine down.

My car is currently doing the same at red lights and stop signs or when I have to stop in general it shutters and cuts off and it’s burning gas like crazy and my heat barely kicks in or takes forever to kick in 😢

Not sure about the coolant cap but boy has he popped my ear caps with all that shouting 😂😂😂😂 and one advice for you boy NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER shout like that otherwise you will pop the viewers ear caps instead!!!!!
