If you don’t like glazing, perhaps you could try dip glazing for anything that would need clear glaze. You could just mix up a large bucket and dip them a batch at a time. There are so many wonderful glazes that can work together or Resist each other, part of the fun of ceramics is the surprise you get when you open your kiln! I was going to comment the same! I have a cheap VEVOR wheel, and we added bat pins. (We didn't even watch a video. I just asked my husband after I bought the pins and the bats. LOL) LOVE it!
I’d love to have a home studio! I feel very limited at our community ceramics studio because I can’t experiment with underglazes and glaze colors etc. I do a lot of hand building as well and would love a space(other than my kitchen island) to work. Looks great!
Thanks! If you can do it you totally should! I was a community studio prior and felt so limited as well. I have experimented so much since building my own :)
