Just watched two of your videos even though we are debt free for many years now. You are super smart. If people have the discipline to follow your methods, they will win. Sadly, some people don't but kudos to those who can see it through. When my husband bought his partner out, the company was in terrible shape, in debt and with run-down equipment. We used zero percent credit cards to purchase equipment and kept transferring the balance to new zero percent credit cards when promotions ran out. Eventually, the company became debt free and profitable. My husband told the bank president (who he was friends with) what we were doing to save interest, and he said, "that's the way to do it." Not only that but no paperwork, no financial audit and no signing your life away! Oh yes, the banks know they are ripping us off. That's how they make money. So sad.

Been gorging on your videos. Downloaded your tracking sheet. As well as ploc calculator worksheet. Showed it to my husband last night on how we can be totally debt free including mortgage in just a little over 36 months!! Also just got approved for a PLOC with the credit union. About to start paycheck parking and paying everything we can with the PLOC! Getting rid of this debt!

I am worried about my credit limit being dropped because I used to work for the Target Visa Corporation and there were times when people made a $3,000 payment on an account that was in good standing but the credit limit was lowered by the amount that they paid. 2008..

Hey Christy Great videos keep up the good work. Question ……. If all my wages go into the LOC , how do I pay for expenses and the mortgage ??? And do I keep putting the minimum payment to the mortgage ???

You pay the mortgage and your expenses out of your salary that you deposit every month into the LOC instead of into your checking account. You use the original LOC to “chunk“ 10 or 20 thousand down on the “principal“ of your mortgage. This jumps you way ahead in the amortization schedule right over tons of interest payments. Every time you put your salary into the LOC it satisfies the monthly payment for the LOC.

I didn't hear any details about what the software does. Only generalities. It would be better to have an actual client on who had success with the software. Also, to hear the actual monetary savings the software provided VS the actual cost of the program. This guy sounds like a salesman who is trying to persuade. Let's get to the nitty gritty and the bottom line.

If only it was that simple. Ha. Unfortunately, countless studies have shown that basic lack of knowledge or know how, is ironically not the reason most people get/remain in debt. You'd logically think it would we the case. But oddly, it's not. It's more often than not tied to psychology, behavior and fundamental belief systems around money etc. Which too me 15-20yrs in the Industry to finally accept. Therefore the more detailed word track and explanation I'm afraid. Lol

No, you use the LOC as your new checking account. Since you're putting your income in the LOC it satisfies payment. Then just pay expenses from the LOC. Have a great day.

Appreciate the comment. But there's actually no cost/fee for either the webinar registration or the consult whatsoever. And although (logically) it would seem that the only reason people are/remain in debt is simply due to circumstances or lack of financial knowledge (which can, of course often contribute to the problem). But it's unfortunately a much deeper and issue. Largely predicated on psychology, behavior and belief systems about mental etc. Therfore the need for a little deeper conversation on the subject. Which to be fair, isn't always needed by everyone necessarily. But that's also why Christy has hundreds of other videos on the subject as well. Ha! Hope that helps... 😎
