You are seriously my favorite low fat vegan youtuber! I think yours was the first channel I found that wasn't raw low fat vegan or regular high fat cooked vegan and was actually the way I cook myself. Since then I've found "stimacsays", and "butterfly effect", and "cooking with plants", and of course Chef AJ has lots of videos now. But yours were the first and they're still my top favorite, they always make me hungry, but they're quick and easy like something I know I'll actually go home and make myself. And your personality is so likable, it just seems like you're in your friend's kitchen. Just want to say thank you!
Exactly how I make mine, ecxept for I also use ginger and a little pepper and sometimes a bit of turmeric. Often I add bamboo sprouts or soja bean sprouts. :-) To make it spicy I use sambal oelek every now and then. :-)
I really like your cooking demos, very easy to follow:) I know you have a video on what your kids eat but do you have a video on how you made the change to plant based as a family? Like how you got the kids on board? I would like to see that video!!
Your recipe videos are the best!!! Love your channel!! I love how direct and to the point you are with your videos! Keep making recipe videos please!!!!! :D
Fiona Brockner That is so sweet. Funny think happened the other day. I did not make fresh bread and my son said to my daughter "mom was lazy today, she did not make us fresh bread". At first I thought AW you little...... but then I thought well that is all they know:) They think that everyone eats like we do! Thanks for the kind words.
+Nini Girl Ⓥ you are the cutest mom! please neeevvveeerrr stop making recioe videos please!!! i love every single video and your cooking style is exactly like mine. even if it's something simple (ex: a salad) keep showing what you make please! Us vegans get inspiration even from the simplest videos♡
Looks good. I think I didn’t see the broccoli go in unless I missed something. It’s the way I make stir fry. Just looking to see if I missed something.
Potato Strong OMG It was soooo good. We had just enough left over for lunch. I could totally see you making this:) Tomorrow's dinner is your baked cauliflower. Thanks for watching Will:)
Hi Nini, would you be able to tell me what wok you are using and if you recommend it? I am looking to purchase a stainless steel one and any advice would be appreciated 😀
Hi Scot Girl, the wok I am using I bought at Williams & Sonoma about 9 years ago. It was on a sale table and I think I paid about $40 for it. It does not come with a top. That is one thing I wish it had was a top. I think it was a wok that they used in store to cook with. It is from All Clad. It is the All Clad that was made for W&S. It did not come with a box and there are no other markings on it. I love it and it works great with what ever I am cooking. I hope that helps.
she added no salt except the soy sauce during the whole process and it was a small amount compared to the huge portion. I'm all for reducing fat and salt but I want to at least have some taste in my food. Personally I might even add a small bit of sesame oil at the end and use ginger, garlic and a whole bunch of chilli.
