Have done this one a few times. It checks all the boxes for me-burns a lot of energy, >40 minutes, stretching, flexibility, balance, cardio & Strength.
Today's exercises on the floor couldn't do them, due a leg injury, but I will search your previous workouts. I was very active till 71, but after my accident, a year ago, I don't see me joining the gym again. My daughter did some research and she suggested your workouts. Glad she did!
I don't usually include floor exercises because a lot of seniors can't get onto the floor. I have had some requests recently for some, which is why I did include them this time. But, you'll notice in most of my workouts, the exercises are not on the floor. I'll only include them occasionally in the intermediate level (all of the gentle and beginner level workouts won't include floor exercises). I hope that helps when you're deciding which ones of mine to try. You can find all of my workouts categorized in the playlists and on my website (www.improvedhealthforseniors.com).

Back on May calendar today. I've not done as much exercise in last week and boy it's so very good to be back. This was today's from calendar and I am thrilled as it's a favourite. I'm on first flight with your award 🙂. That was perfect in every way. Absolutely loved it. I felt I didn't need any add ons as it worked arms.. legs..tummy...you really really spoil us. I'm aiming to do.rjis every second day, if not every day and when I'm stronger I will add on if I need. These kinda workouts I think r what most women want? You don't have to scroll looking for what to do, it's all there. U make our lives easier and for that I'm eternally grateful x. You blew it out the water as they say. Gold star ⭐✨⭐✨

Hi Jules! We like your workouts very much. Thanks a lot for your time, the wonderful pictures behind you and the good workout-structure. I always working out with my mom (75 y.), and she likes you a lot, because, she can follow you more than other trainers here on youtube. Your videos are really positive, and so we have much fun. We have tried the beginner workouts and also work with the 2nd 3rd level. We grow up our cardio-strength.We workout out together the last 12 years, but now, we are getting older, so we need other tempo and structure. Hope, you will do more and longer 60, 70 and 80´s videos in future, because the music is a motivation-bringer. And maybe ... ?? you would like to try something with a kettlebell? or with the mini-bands? We have some oft these and working out with it. Together with you, it would be more fun, i think. It is a wish from my mother, but i also like to workout with kettlebell and bands. It strengthens enorm, and i find it is good for muscle-form of the legs and back-area. First of all, your English is great and kudos to you for learning more than one language:) I love that you and your mom work out together. It's great to have a workout partner to help stay on track. I will plan to make more 60-80's music in the future. As for kettlebells, I have some but I'm nervous to use them in workouts online simply because I'm afraid others will get hurt with them. I also know most of my viewers won't have them at home so then they won't do the workout even if I create the videos. I have a few videos with bands (under the strength training playlists) and will create more again in the future. I hope you both continue to enjoy the variety I create. I'm a newbie on this site. I've been doing some of the 20 min walking workouts but tried this today and it was great. It will be good to integrate with my walking and yoga. Suits my age (58) and current fitness level well. I just have to put some 70s disco music instead so the no talk workouts are really great for that! Thanks for creating effective, no fuss and easy to follow workouts.

The higher intensity work outs evidences that I have lost fitness and strength during the menopause despite walking regularly but I now feel I have a little more energy to build it up again - slowly! I’ve been doing workouts with you for about 6 months 5-6 times a week. I try to alternate the all-in-ones with the walking workouts. At age 70, I appreciate low-impact but “hard-enough” workouts that are just my speed! I love the variety to choose from each day and am so glad I found you!

It sounds like you've been busy with your mom so maybe your energy is being drained emotionally as well. Hopefully the shorter workouts this week will give you the energy boost you need. 🫂
This one made me sweat. My back was acting up a bit so I was unable to do the seated ab exercises today, but I just substituted a couple I could do while flat on back. Thank you for the variety of workouts you provide!!!
Modified a bit in the stretching at the end, I'm not as flexible as I thought I was! Feels like I've had a good session at the gym. I also did the 15 min walk to warm up thinking this would be easier than it was. I used to be able to do side planks and planks, wow I'm back at the beginning! I'll be saving this to favourites. That was a great workout. Had to modify a few things as I am struggling with my back at the moment. Mainly because the physio did some soft tissue massage on me yesterday and boy can I feel it today. She has told me to keep working out but just not push too far. Loved the floor work and the stretches at the end. That's what I need to do more of as my back is so very stiff. Thanks Jules.
Jules, I decided to challenge myself today by doing a longer video that included cardio and strength. I took your advice (from 6 months ago) and slowed down when I got too hot and that worked really well. I didn't have to do it often but I finished the workout - tired but happy! Thank you!
Not done this in months and wow wow I felt so much stronger doing it, even the push ups. All thanks to your strength training. Even my balance was better. These all over ones are just incredible with great ab work at end. So enjoyed this today. Thank u ❤❤
I'm so glad to read that you notice a difference from when you originally did this workout. We often don't notice it in ourselves until we go back to an older workout. Yay to progress!

Wow!! didn't think I would get through it, but I did. Had to go easy on a couple of the exercises due to right hip giving me trouble. All in all, great workout. Will do it again.

Aw, thank you, Stacy. I've worked my way up to being able to do more over time. Once you get into a groove of working out regularly, and doing strength training regularly as well, it's amazing how quickly one can progress. It's all about coming back each day.
When we only do 1 set of strength training, it's okay to do them daily. Once we get into 2-3 sets and you're using the heaviest weight you can manage, then you need to give the muscles time to recover. @@stacybates1901

When I created this one I was afraid people not do it because of the long duration. I really wanted to fit in more cardio and important strength and balance exercises so it just kind of worked out that way. I'm so glad you stayed until the end!
Done this today and forgot how awesome it is. Loved the tummy ones at end of this. Really feel it working. Also great squats and arm workout. These are 100% my go favs now along with interval. Off to do day 3 strength.....my hairbands have went missing..I think the dog has hide them lol

Great workout, I struggled to do the plank for 1 minute but I will continue to try. Love the diagonal glute exercise. Thanks Jules for your help in keeping me motivated to do your exercise workouts.
1 minute is long...be proud of whatever you did:) Plus, I goofed up and it ended up being 70 seconds! I looked at the clock and then forgot the number and then realized after that it was 70 seconds, not 60. A little bonus of 10 seconds added on.
