Well, that certainly was not easy! I was doing alright on the first round, but that second one absolutely did me in! Was sweating so much in that second circuit that it was making the kb slippy! Like those sideways lunges, they worked some muscles I'd forgot I had! They did make the old hamstrings twang! Realised I'm not as flexible as I used to be! Great workout as always.
