Hey, I'm really interested in your road building workflow could you describe it in a few points? do you work with just array, curve, shrinkwrap, lidar data or just GIS how do you add these awesome road elevation detail? Your stages are really the best even the newest rally games/sims have boring and not realistic stages compared to your work!

Hi, well it all the time depends on the situation. So there is no one prescription for all the stages. Yes, I use and array, and shrinkwrap modifiers. And Lidar or GIS or Point cloud, all what is best possible in the current location. But you know I with next one stage I always learning and this process never ends... By the way, I am considering some education programs for all who want to be track modelers.

@@RBRallyLT oh cool thanks for replying, can tou tell me which add-on you're using for importing the point cloud? Are you able to just shrink wrap or snap the curve to it or changing the view to align everything to it like when modelling cars with blueprints but on a bigger scale?
