What a great video. I like the subtle backgrounds of these quilts. I see so many with the white starkness and it feels glaring to me. This is such a great idea and I am today's year old realizing how lovely these often overlooked fabrics can be in a quilt. Thank you. I love your channel.
I made a quilt using low volume restoration fabrics and it looks great! Many of the low volume prints are reproductions of old flour sacks from the South in the US. I loved your video today!

Love Art Gallery Fabric low-vol. I made a large quilt using a span of low to medium vol prints and it’s my favorite (stayed within a color scheme still)
This is exactly what I have been gathering Art Gallery low-vol fabrics for! It’s inspiring to hear that someone else has done the same thing. One reason for doing this is I want to make lap quilts that will fit in with a low-vol home decor style like designer Sarah Richardson would create.
Great video. I usually go with solids, but now have some new ideas for trying a new low volume choice for the next couple of quilts that I have planned.
