A few years ago, there was an issue with one brand of water heaters having the dip tube disintegrate, sending little bits of white plastic-ish stuff through the hot (and in some cases the cold) water lines in peoples' houses. This reminded me a little of that, although I'm sure Steve is familiar with that issue. Steve's rapport with his customers is amazing!! Seems like a nice lady, and appreciative!
Same thing happened to my kitchen faucet , rubber washers on shut off valves broke off plugged hot/cold flexible lines happened after i raised temp water heater!
@Reg Crompton >>> Thinks "Adventures of a Plumber's Mate" 1978 - the times where people where more civil & not screwed up in their minds. Great memories my very late grandmother & family that was very open back in the day no shame about it - it's what happened to everyone who wanted it, their body/life their choices, hence a large family. 😉🫂
Who was that mama who called in the middle of your service? Your phone rings constantly :) phone mama hehe :) You can say that this lines was a crusty oooooone and little crusty mama inside the valve. Its always fun when you talk about all mamas in the videos :) and when you sing the crusty one song :) It was a long time now when i heard about the "youtube techs" that has been doing this for millions of years... :D i laugh every time! it makes my day!
Hey Steve ? Question ❓ wouldn't it have been a good idea to take the upper ball out and push something down the pipe and get it that way rather than to break your back from getting under that sink? And yes it definitely looked Crusty inside the pipe , She's a crusty one for sure miss Molly! Have a great weekend and stay safe out there ! Looks like a big leak from the sky there lately but at least it's not snow ❄️🌨️ lol
Great job Steve, thanks for the video, Hey man my neighbor got a new plumber he works pretty reasonable$,found out he was dislexic, Lol what a mess he made.
@@kenc.9067 no lol, Steve is a great plumber,I was just being silly about my neighbor he is so tight with his money, you get what you pay for thing, nice to here from you .
Ha ha ha! The caller just knows you are just shy and afraid to ask for $$$! I'm sure she had a deal for YOU!!! Now you've been added to 50 other lists!
Steve is not shy when it comes to Money but it's good for business to throw in a free service call now and then! And who knows if he got his pipe cleaned after the video 😂 and there's enough women out there that are willing to take this kind of stuff out in trade no matter how unethical it is
She doesn't have a P-trap on her kitchen sink, plumber's install a trap below sinks and drainage, so sewer gas doesn't come up the plumbing waste system and doesn't make the residence sick from sewer gas. Good job Steve.
Amazes me how many people cannot figure out to check flex lines or the aerator for a clog, done this for myself and parents home many times, as well as changed the faucet when needed 🤦🤦
Are electronic descalers permissible for installation in Massachusetts?? (also, If legal to install, can they be installed by a plumber, or is an electrician necessary??)
AMStationEngineers > That's good idea if your in a high scale water supply area even with a De-scaler unit on the mains as a backup protection. I wouldn't think their be any issue. How are they going to know?
Another personal visit from ultra super fluffy Miss Molly & (professional) Master Steven to save the day again. But did I hear the lady needed her pipes cleaning if the shut off's are good..... 🤨😎 All I say for "her pipe needing cleaning" Master Steven > party time ! Have fun. Whoops my dirty mind 🤭 Be sure to play with pipework all you want I say, *clears throat loudly* nudge nudge wink wink - plumbing wise speaking. 🥴 Fluffy Miss molly will keep a watch over the van while your busy..... >> Runs for the exit door fast 😮
