Brings me back to circa 1977 when I first went to LA, and you could go into a club and hear the likes of Boz Scaggs, George Benson, Gerry Rafferty and Stevie Wonder! HSCC have nailed that LA sound!🎵🎶💯🙌

Absolutely agree Paul, but Kathy & I don't call HSCC a cover band. We believe HSCC is a Song Reinvention Band. They add something to every performance. Might be a key change, extra instrumentals, extra vocalists. I'm 65 years young, still remember when Silk degrees came out. Again you guys&girls do such historic songs proud. Alot of people wouldn't get the musical professionalism that goes into these songs. Great to see Annie showing off her woodwind and brass instruments talent. Love this remake. This song put Boz Scaggs in to the pop charts and the Billboard listings. The entire LP of Silk Degrees was epic for him and his band. Outstanding rendition and so well orchestrated.

I fell in love with this band over two years ago and they never disappoint me. Con, the arrangements were magical, the Bass and lead guitar on point and that flute....Annie did her thing. Sometimes, when I get bored, I like to go check on some amateurs or tribute bands, mostly to get a laugh. Along the way, I was surprised to discover some extremely talented musicians and vocalists, some also gifted with a very professional sense of stage presence and showmanship. I just discovered these guys yesterday, by accident. I'm really not crazy about their setlist, even if I'm pushing sixty. I'm pretty sure I'm not their basic target audience. There is in fact, a lot of nostalgia in their choices of tunes. Then again, I think they are BRILLIANT. Their deliveries are spot on, precise and tight, showing the respect they share for their craft. Every one is loyal to the groove, no one trying to outshine the others. Everyone is just THEMSELVES.Their only gimmick is GOOD music and perfect renditions. I admire their work just as much as any other GREAT bands with their original material. I wouldn't mind to see then perform live any chance I'd get 'cause I'm sure they would provide my eyes and ears with a wonderful time. Guys, it really doesn't matter how big or successful you become. To me, you are all world class musicians and performers, and I'm the kind of person that simply can't live without the pure magic bliss that only comes with music. You guys are my kind of people. None of you has persevered in vain. Put that in your résumés.

You may not be crazy about their setlist but there are a lot of us who are - in the hundreds of thousands, if you go by the # of views. It's nice to see excellent honoring Live recreations of these favorites and classics, especially when most of the original artists are either gone or no longer able to perform at their own original high levels.

What we are watching now with HSCC is group of people who have gone beyond dropping into a studio now and then. You have all become a musical family and it has been lovely to watch that happen. It’s easy to become blasé about seeing you all each week. The is is live folks! It’s a phenomenal achievement Dave and Jordan. Drums and bass are everything in this track - just superb Brad and Con, as you always are. And the lighting in this is gorgeous. And Pina Del Re is gorgeous - just look at yourself girl. 😍

I have been an admirer of HSCC's progression since their inception, because this group never fails to surprise me when I least expect it. It is so uncanny how Con is able to choose the right song and have everyone master their individual style to bring together a masterpiece.
