Tight quads and weak hams can also affect your psoas. Found that out through boxing training.

And the best part of the exercises listed is they can be VERY intense, so it's not like you aren't getting a burn out of this

I like that this is slowly gaining more traction after knees over toes guy. It transitioned from knees to back which i love. Knees are essential for sure and shoulders too. But back is the core factor

My trip to Urgent Care was the result of a twisted pelvis. I've spent a lot of time strengthening my abductors and adductors and torso/leg stretching.

I have a question on deep knee flexion like lunges and stuff like that. Are you supposed to always engage the quad or is it ok to lose tension?

Bro! When I do any sorts of knee/leg raises my hips both pop a lot and it’s really uncomfortable and almost painful. Does someone has solutions for this ✌️✌️

Join my free skool community linked in my bio we actually talk about this a lot man! Isometric holds are the way to go when back extension causes pain. You can also use hand assistance if extra help on the isometric hold is needed

I’m afraid this video can be misleading ppl with herniated disc on their lower back. Majority of these exercises can worsen your herniated disc even if you know what you are an experienced weight lifter. Just wanted to put it out there.

Stop teaching things which you don't understand and motivate people to get permanently disabled. It's a very complex joint with a 100 different possible causes for the root of the pain with different treatments. Unless and until a basic assessment is made you can never come up with the right treatment plan

Except when it comes from a herniated disc, a compression fracture, joint instability, or any other sequelae of a spondylopathy… If you’re not a physician or a physical therapist, then you should probably stfu.
