I know you probably won’t see this, but your videos have literally saved my life the last few years. I rarely comment or reach out on pages, but your videos have been my rock in some of my hardest times. I don’t have health insurance and could never afford yoga classes. Your videos are a huge part of my mental health routine. I am genuinely in a much better place then when I started 5 years ago, and although I use multiple mindfulness practices, yoga is the physical one that helps burn energy while connecting and grounding me. Thank you❤ You have no idea how big of an impact and how much good you do with these.
Watching after 6 days and it's 6 digits. Thank you, Adriene. I've been feeling low and needed to move this stagnant energy, this helps a lot. I still can't get up on my right knee but I will keep doing this till one day that I can.
Life has not been easy lately - or maybe ever - BUT I have done 16 straight days of yoga and I cant express what the consistency has done for me mentally - thank you so much Adriene for always building monthly playlists, it gives me the opportunity to keep pushing forward.

We must take advantage of those special moments. It’s so much fun to practice outside. I’m here in Oregon in the high desert part. We get lots of sunshine but it’s been chilly this spring. I’ve had a few days to get outside and practice. I’m looking forward to more as summer arrives. Scotch by my grandfather. ❤
April's calendar for 2024 has been a very challenging one for me. I'm not all for strength training as I'm concerned about something personal. But, as Adriene always reminds us, cultivating strength is important, so I show up every day even when my legs are sore or tired. Perhaps this is the strength I am gaining: the ability to perceive my goals, even in the face of challenges ✨
April 2024 has indeed presented its share of challenges for me. Amidst personal concerns, I've found solace in Adriene's wisdom. While strength training may not have been my initial inclination, her reminder of its significance resonates deeply. Despite the fatigue and soreness, I've persisted, recognizing that this journey extends beyond physical exertion. It's about cultivating resilience, about forging ahead despite obstacles. Perhaps, in this process, I'm not just building physical strength, but also honing my ability to persevere, to remain steadfast in pursuit of my goals, even amidst adversity.

That had to have been the fastest 30-min practice I've ever done, and it was a strength one too! I think I've learned to be so much calmer in challenging positions, it's pretty cool. Another day of being grateful to Adriene, it's truly such a joy to be part of this community

I’ve been wanting to be more fit recently, but no workouts I’ve tried so far have stuck, because I just couldn’t enjoy them. These yoga practices have been the only type of physical activity I’ve genuinely enjoyed, and I haven’t missed a day since I started a few months ago. Thank you, Adriene❤🎉

I took my mat out to my son’s rooftop in Brooklyn. A grey squirrel was definitely disturbed that I was there & instead of fearing me she came right for me. I think she has babies near so I retreated inside on this beautiful spring morning to give her peace. Go mama!

Build, April 16, 2024. Today there was no inner grumbling about the strength training or the time. Similar to yesterday's psoas practice, I feel surprisingly relaxed yet awake and ready to take on the rest of the evening. Love that we are all on the same page for the day with a new yoga upload. Namaste everyone! 😊💙 Greet, May 11, 2024. Lower back slightly strained and the heat of the day had me feeling less than enthusiastic for the day's yoga practice. I put it off for later. Though not as sluggish and not quite at 100%, my back feels a little better and I am happy I am still committing to a daily practice. 💙

I had some extra time to do this video today ( normally I only have 15-20 min). It was great! I did legs at the gym yesterday so this slow stretch/strength practice was a great compliment to that workout. Always a great way to start my day w/ Adriene! I wasn’t able to sleep because something’s happened today that bothered me. Anytime I’m not feeling right my go to is Yoga with Adriene. Her voice is calming and the yoga helps me calm down as well and come at peace with myself. It brings me back down to Earth. I’m so thankful I’ve come across this channel.

I didn’t realize this was a new practice until I saw the comments and the views ticking up. So any people practiced with me! I found it very relaxing in the middle and in the middle I started to shake and get wobbly. It didn’t bother me though. I’m proud of how strong my body is becoming. Thanks Adriene!

One of the best practices ✨️💗✨️ Puts me in a completely different state of mind and my legs feel so amazing now, like the energy is finally released, and I feel like I actually stand on my feet, before this I felt like I'm standing more with my upper body, like it "holds" legs for them to be able to stand. BUILD 🔥 | April 16, 2024 | Great workout for the legs! I managed to tweak my hip flexor in yesterday's psoas practice, so I had to modify a bit here and there, but all in all this was a great stabilizing and stretchy practice. Looking forward to coming back to it again! 🙏
I’ve always been nervous working out, thinking about form and judgement but here on the mat I feel at ease to do things my way. Thank you for those little encouragements throughout to improvise, explore, it makes this so much more welcoming.
