interesting points ,if anyone else needs to find out about can doing yoga help buttocks try Yanas yoga results (do a google search ) ? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my mate got amazing results with it.

Adriene's practice is timeless. This was filmed almost 7 years ago but she still looks amazing and has that great sense of humor that makes me smile even in the most challenging poses. She knows exactly where we're putting pressure, tells us to adjust, and how we feel when our heart is beating fast after all the shaking! Love this practice! Thank you!

Absolutely loved this video. Super challenging, but so so good for connecting with the breath and core! Those fire hydrant type poses really activated my whole abdomen 👏 Adriene’s sense of humor has always been a favorite, but this one really leans in to the silly vibe, while also being super focused! Will have to revisit this one to see how it goes next time! Currently sweaty 🥵 Namaste 🙏🏼 ❤

Working overnight shifts at a residential treatment center can be depressing so I like to do yoga with Adriene because your practice makes me feel at ease and is so calming, you are a great teacher and inspiration! Thank you for being an awesome radiant lady!

I was sitting on the couch feeling lazy trying to decide whether to take a nap or do some yoga. I chose to do this video and am so glad. It gave me an energy boost on a rainy day. Love all your videos because they are quirky and make me laugh. Thanks, Adriene!

Today was the first time in my life I was able to touch my toes without bending my knees! This was concrete proof of progress in own body (I know it's different for everyone) and I feel so much more confident! Thank you for guiding me on this journey, Adriene ❤️

ROOT 🌳 | April 29, 2023 | Wow another oldie returns to the Root calendar! It's been a minute since we sweated with Adriene and the geese through this practice! I found it a bit of a challenge through the airplane/warrior III sequence so I modified a bit, and I miss a cooldown after all that legwork so added my own with some pigeons and hamstring stretches. I do wonder how wise it was of me to do this one today as I have a full day of work travel tomorrow with lots of airport hustle, I'm sure I'll be feeling this tomorrow! 🙏

Trust Day 20: I woke up with a sore right hip and when I saw that today's session is for my butt and thighs I thought this could really hurt, or maybe it will stretch out my hip and help me feel better. Fortunately the latter was true. The pain is gone! This session was challenging, but I'm not going to complain since it got rid of the pain I was feeling.

Blessed Beloved Beauties! Root Day - 29 was completed this morning at 2:30 A.M. EST. The assigned session was substituted for "Yoga for Self-care." My disciplined military schedule that my late Father required during my childhood have been non-existence since the end of March when my work schedule changed. Frequently, when a shift occurs in my schedule, I have been known to become anxious. I have been stressed about the unknown. I know better than to stress as a yogi, yet sometimes I permit the ego to take charge as opposed to my spirit. Since my days have been running together, I have had a faint headache due to a lack of sleep. Thankfully, I decided to check in and take care of myself at this awkward hour. With that being said, I anticipate having a meditation 🧘🏾‍♀️ before I finally get some rest and write in my journal to free my mind from excessive thoughts in order to rest easy. Meditation aids in mental health, and it's a conversation that needs to be discussed more frequently. The YWA community is a safe place, so I decided to be completely transparent. Hopefully, my long, detailed message will help someone else. Best wishes, everyone! 🦋♥️ 🦋 P.s. Yoga continues to curve anxiety! Ase, Ase, Ase!

Good morning Sweet darling Adrienne and my baby Benji ❤.. it's April 21st 2023 and I just finished this practice. Definitely not as good as I used to. I Do remember doing this practice many years ago , but I was younger, fitter. As you Should know, I've got advanced stage cirrhosis of the liver right now, and my whole life is on hold . So these practices , you and Benji help give me a reason to live . Whooooa , I know that's deeply. But I love ya. Love the backdrop too , cute little duckies . Wonder what Benji would do , lol . I breathed my way through this half hour practice, missing out the vinyasas, doing my best in 3 legged dog to build strength and rather wobbly in the balancing but senior yogi made it through. Looking forward to tomorrow’s core quickie 😃 see you tomorrow on the mat Adriene 🧘🏼‍♀️🧘🏻‍♀️🙏💕

That was Haaard. But , ipushed til the end. Wasn't able to really do chair, or airplane, but I modified and did what I could. I still have cirrhosis of the liver, so everything is not easy . But, I'm trying . I don't want to give up my yoga practice. Beautiful background , yoga in nature is so lovely . Missing Benji though. Give him my love, belly rubs, hugs and kisses. Love you all. Yes, I was thinking the exact same thoughts, Adriene is incredibly strong and connected. We will get there....I'm only on my 3 month and feel stronger and more connected to self than i have in 20 years, when I gave up dancing :(

I am back on track as I missed yesterdays session, I know I put Family first, I do pay the price. Incidentally, if I miss your Yoga, I feel totally lethargic and demotivated. You certainly set me up each day for a fulfilled and energetic day. Dear Adriene, I have been watching and doing yoga along with your RU-vid show for over a year now. I lived in an ashram when I was 17 and we did Kundalini Yoga. Twelve years of Catholic school could not come close to what yoga did for me. The years went by and I drifted away from yoga. Then I found your show. I just want to thank you for what you give to millions of people around the world. I feel that though you are not there with me, you are there, teaching me, encouraging me and challenging me. I live in an isolated mountain town. I find myself lonely much of the time. But doing yoga with you has taught me that I am not alone. In some metaphysical way, I feel you are present with me. You radiate joy and hope and what I have searching for all my life---the higher ground. There is another funny thing I thought I could share. When I was 12, I visited my Aunt Rita in Austen, Texas. She was a college librarian. To entertain me, she asked her friend to introduce me to a little girl about my age, named Adrienne. I know that you are not that girl, but I found the coincidence interesting. Adrienne took me swimming at this wonderful place called Barton Springs. You are a fantastic teacher.
