When should I do neuro integrity test and when to do neural dynamic test? Can the patient be negative on integrity test but positive on dynamic test

You could then reasonably perform the same various ankle movements, for example, with the slump test to bias varying peripheral nerves?

Hello. A quick question: How about we add Hip Abduction component to TED, Hip Adduction component to SID & PIP ? Does it do better or not?
@ClinicalPhysio
@ClinicalPhysio 2 года назад
Hi! Yes you certainly can do - although I would perhaps argue if they have true radicular symptoms it would probably show up before that stage
@gokilagopal917
@gokilagopal917 4 месяца назад
Whether is it helpful for peripheral neuropathy???
@ClinicalPhysio
@ClinicalPhysio 4 месяца назад
It is designed for spinal rather than peripheral, but some people used the SID, PIP, TED analogy to test the different peripheral nerves

If all the tests are negative ..Then what does it mean sir ?
@ClinicalPhysio
@ClinicalPhysio 6 месяцев назад
Then it means the patient does not have neural tension, or therefore perhaps does not have radicular pain
