Lowered 2" - 2023 Yamaha R1 Walkaround

On a really good day, I am 5'7". Before lowering the bike, I was literally on the tip of my toes when at a stop, and forget about backing it up while on it. After lowering the bike, I can back it up easily and can get about 75% flat footed. It totally was the best thing I have done to it for me and how I ride. Might sound goofy, but take 2 small 2" blocks with you to the dealership and put them down while sitting on an R1. Hope this helps. Feel free to ask anytime!

Yes sir, this is by far my favorite bike I have ever owned. Why in the world would they discontinue such a wonderful bike is crazy.
