Aap ne kaafi bohut important baat to batai he nahi, 1) are banks really honest to reduce intrest rates in floating Int.R when the rates actually come down, 2) what is the frequency of changing interest rates by bank 3) let's take example of 30Lakh loan for 20 years and work on calculations of this example

But if we want to prepay our loan and inflation is at bottom.. bank will charge 2% for fixed interest rate... So wouldn't it b better to take floating rates at that time .. ?? If initially I want a small emi due to less income... But I am sure that I will pay a 10 years loan in 3 to 4 years... Due to increase in income.... What to do...??

They are saying you are eligible for 100% home loan if u go for land+construction and processing is nil. Is it possible? Can we take/claim home loan including registration charges?

Sir mujhe iss wqt sbi se home loan me floating rate 7.20 aur fixed rate 7:85 ke aaspas dene ko bol rahe h toh please mujhe advice dijiye ki mujhe kon sa lena sahi rahega. i have taken loan in LIC HFL its been 2 years completed so the loan interest changed from fixed to floating interest rate. So the monthly EMI amount paid by me earlier now got increased.. iam paying 4k more after floating started.. now i want my EMI to be same as previous amount in floating interest rate.......but the LIC people told only the tenure can be changed not the EMI monthly......they are telling PLR - SOME DISCOUNT=FLOATING INTEREST. Means i should pay the same EMI every month or EMI will change for every month......????
