From Service Based (TCS/Infosys/Capgemini/Cognizant/Accenture/LTI /HCL/Wipro/MindTree) to Data engineer(15+LPA) in any Top Product Based Company with less than 2-3 years .We need a video on this .
I recently switch from Infosys to @ORACLE from support project to development project and I was a Mechanical engineer so switching to IT was tough initially.
Kindly share videoes of candidates switching their domain to data engineering/ data analysis. People who have no experience in any data profile how can they grab a job in this field? Kindly share such experience, it will be really helpful 😊
I see a lot of people complaining about less pay in service-based companies. First of all, they hire those people who are actually worthless. if they will not provide training to them they can't even write a single line of code. That's the situation of engineers in our country. We should be thankful that we have this kind of company which is providing salaries to unskilled engineers just because they have degrees. so people should stop complaining and upskill themselves.
@@faisal123ahmed Dude many talented folks get lost in this ocean of unskilled/worthless engineers hired by IT services companies, They feel trapped & it takes hell lot of efforts & luck to rise above the rest from that crap once you get into it.
@@shivam6028 the so called talented people never get lost, they always swims above the rest. If they are feeling trapped then they lack something. I have never met a single talented people who is saying this in service based company. But i knw many who are earning huge and in good product based company then also they are complaining.
Thanks again for awesome podcast. This person is my native i also studied from lucknow. I personally feel i stuck in my current position (job) i want to change but i Start feeling comfortable that's not good sign. I don't understand from where to start what i do these days only watch your podcast and motivate myself. My experience with Infosys is very bad in terms of salary. Thank you 😊
I’m from non -it branch.I’ve been trained under bigdata domain in my company, and did dummy project using pyspark and did visualisation in tableau. Yet they dumped in a support role last month . Now I’m confused how I could be able to get into bigdata or even analytics and get into a role of data analyst and progress my career towards data science. Please suggest any thing that you can think of doing further
This was a great session and nice to see someone from adobe sharing his experience. Please also bring people from big startups like airbnb/meesho/swiggy etc
You should make your videos which aren't only about CTC but the other experiences as well. I know you do make videos about interview tips also, but most of the thumbnails are about how less money someone was making earlier but they have started getting fat salary now because they switched to Data (Science/Analyst/Engineer) roles. You might attract a lot of fresher view by doing this but I was hoping if you could get some content for more experienced people.
See in IT field everything depends upon time. We can't just say like everybody will be getting a chance to work in latest in-demand technologies. Yes, there are people who get 400% hike and all but the reality is that most of the people switch company for less hike even though they try hard to learn new tech. "Literally all the youtube channel take interviews of people who switch like this" pls show the realty
Please dont mind my suggestion. I have almost watch all of your podcast and noticed one annoying thing that you always try to plugin "please like & share in big no so..." & "Please comment your experience if you..." it's too repetitive everytime. I know as youtuber this is important but this time I felt very annoyed ( Sry!) Real audience watch whole podcast so please do it in the end. Thank you for the knowledge sharing podcasts.
Precisely why most young folks would like to work with a US-based company than an Indian company coz there's a HUGE difference in the packages they offer.
Please do a podcast with person having 5 to 10 exp in service based company in roles lile support, testing and moved to data related roles in service based or product based
I am a mechanical engineer with 4 years of experience in production and Design... And i want to switch into data science domain ... Is it possible for me to do it now... Please arrange interview of such a person who had struggled to switch his career
Hi I am software engineer working on Java technology last 5 years.i want to switch to data engineer.can you suggest me how to prepare all data engineer concepts to crack the job in less than 5 months.
Hi, can u share some real time projects links, or your experience session which help to learn and understand how a a data engineer work when its a real time scenario.
I just didn't liked one thing that he said @14:23 , that data engineers working at multiple projects ,it means there will always be less opportunity for this , because you will never hear thing like single software developer working on multiple projects
Its completely on luck, adobe never tells the reason for rejection even if ur interview went really well Really fed up with adobe now , adobe will my last option for interview from now on

Thank you for this great podcast. Quite helpful to understand the present scenario. If possible, please make a review of Coding Ninjas data science and machine learning course for a beginner. It would be helpful for a lot of people as people get confused on which course would be worth buying. And a course review series by you will help us in making our decisions.
