Where has this been hiding???!!! All of a sudden it played on RU-vid at home and I was in another room talking to someone and her voice and her sound literally stopped me in mid sentence and I had to go see who was performing...I was blown away! I feel like a lot of you do, why haven't we heard of her before now? She is amazing to listen to and to watch! I shared her video on my facebook page so maybe others will catch on. I hope to see more of her music videos

A diamond in the rough for sure! I also just "discovered" this raw emotional talent and don't know why I've never heard of her!!! She needs a live show in Vegas with no restrictions! And kudos to her band!!! They are as amazing as she is a vocalist!! I honestly can't think of anyone who can sing like this...........!!

Watched her open for Brian Ferry last summer. Never heard of her before then. Me and my wife gob-smacked all the way through the set by the skill, power, intensity in that tiny person. (Seriously, she walked by us in the open seating before the show, us not knowing she was going to be on stage, and we both thought, 'small stature, larger than life.' Put us in mind of Prince.)
She has a voice that is pleasant to listen to but she is certainly not god sent :(Leviticus 18:22) 22 “‘You must not lie down with a male in the same way that you lie down with a woman. It is a detestable act". God does not allow those he calls detestable to serve him .The world constantly changes regards what is right but God has no need to change his standards because they are unchangeable .

Soooo Amazingly beautiful!!!! I start each of my shitty days on the way to work listening to this Amazing Voice!!!! It puts me in a happy place ... And I find that I'm singing her voice in my head during the most grueling times of being a Chef.
More people should know LP. True beautiful talent...I don't understand why people are drawn to and satisfied with todays 'pop music'....I don't get it. I'm a 53 year old male living in southern California. Anyway, my daughters know her and love her talent. : )
bryand999 I’m 40 and love finding “new to me” artists that are supremely talented like her. Im using the good stuff to raise my young kids on. It’s eclectic, like myself, but they WILL know great music. Lol And it’s working great so far!

I have just learnt who LP was a month ago on Facebook. I heard her song Lost, And it amazes me when she started singing and whistled tunes in her song. when I make a mistake if I see it I always admit it and I had confused her wonderful words wen she says DO NOT LA IT ON EVERYBODY, sI did not understand it right sand now that I finally did having MS does not help and I GO ON ANYWAY and NEVER GIVE UP especially not listening to Laura's wonderful music) and her songs make me stronger inside and I thank her for helping me and all of the other fans go on with life and never letting go. She is not even aware of it and I want to let you know that you make feel better inside ans give me a reason to smile every morning waiting to listen to you music. Been listening to LP for just over 4 months. Wow just great singer and song writer. Introduced by my older sister. Next time LP is in the UK, would love to see her live for sure.
