@thebudgetadvantage Tawanda! I was like this person looks familiar 😂 I'm liking this home health thing. I did a few visits on the weekend, I have to say, I like driving on weekends better 😅
@@SignedEmma You know I’m a budgeting girl 😂 I plan to get this channel up and going soon. I love me some home health. I think this is a great position for you. It’s gets you out of the house, and some positive people interaction. The average in home experience is great!! Congratulations on your new position 🎉
@thebudgetadvantage Yess Tawanda get that budgeting channel rolling! I enjoy watching those! And yess! That's exactly what I told my friend when I got onboard. I get to have a little bit of that face to face interaction with patients, which I love! It is a nice change from my 9-5!
This is very interesting and promising . I was going to go to school for LPN and I studied for the TEAs but I’m not the best at math so I chickened out about the TEAs. I’ve never been a home health aide I was deciding to just for my LPN
Hi the math portion was not bad! What did you use to study for it ? I would definitely encourage and recommend being a home health aide. It's great experience, honestly!
I am an LPN also with a toddler at home as well. I have been applying to every remote job I can find with zero success, no call backs. What am I doing wrong? 😫
Hi, it's so competitive finding decent remote jobs for LPNs. I find that RNs have more opportunities. It took me a while to land interviews as well so you're not alone. One piece of advice that I can give is to make sure your resume reflects every job you are applying for. Hope this helps!
Hi, thank you so much and welcome to my channel! I shared a few remote job postings in the description box of this video, check it out. Also have a video detailing how I landed this job. The skills required usually depend on the job responsibilities/requirements.
Hi, there's a form i fill out when I'm visiting patients. I fill it out with how the patient is down over all , level of orientation, last doctor's visits/hospitalization, any reported pain/changes of meds, any therapies they're receiving and progress with that.
Right?! Never seen or heard of anything like that. The pay is decent! I was offered my desired pay. Will be making a video about pay ranges for this type of role soon. 👌🏾
