It's a vacuum leak. I have a sensitive to high pitch sounds hearing. I thought it had a charger. It's natural aspiration so that whistle I was hearing ain't good
Glad you got it worked out! Issues like that can be so dis-heartening. You did a really clean install and that motor looks right at home in there. I've enjoyed watching your build.
U should have runnit all stock starting with the stock tune no cam and get a ref point test ut and fix amd adjust anything before doing big upgrades like a cam a custom tune. Sometimes taking a big jump in a project like this u gotta take baby steps u gotta walk before running
Zach Main from a 2000 Tahoe. Factory s10 computer doesn’t mesh. Unfortunately I’m looking at about a 2 hour cruise to the closest tuner to me that does LS stuff with a dyno. However, I did find the issues with the tune and fixed it. As well as the trans. All good now. Just don’t have the vid done yet lol.
